Risk is the number one item to think about before investing in house flipping. Can you handle the risk involved? Can you mitigate the risk by buying a property at a great price? Will you be working with experienced personnel? If you can stomach the swings and the unknown, this could be a great option for you.

Opportunities

For all investments, it is important to look at the opportunity cost of each investment. How long with funds be tied up? How much money is needed? Can I leverage funding? Do I have a better place to put my money? Ask yourself these questions and it will lead to picking the best investment for you at that time.
